If the problem is with your hardware, we will make arrangements for one of our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians to take a look at your equipment here at Jigsaw, where our opening hours are 9am-5pm. If your machine is out of warranty, we will be able to give you a qualified estimate of the costs to help you decide on the best course of action.
Jigsaw's priority as an Apple Authorised Service Provider is to give excellent customer service, and we have won the AppleCare CSAT Award for customer satisfaction multiple times. By aiming to solve problems over the phone, we keep our engineers free to see the machines that require replacement parts. As such, our repair turnaround times are a matter of days rather than weeks.
In the event of your Mac needing to be seen by one of our technicians, we can arrange for it to be collected and delivered back to you. If you are still under the Apple 12-month warranty, Jigsaw will cover this cost. We just ask you to make sure that your Mac is packaged properly for travel. Ideally this should be in its original packaging, but if you no longer have your box, we should be able to send one out to you.
